Welcome to workshop focusing on long form impro theatre! In this workshop we do exercises that develop the skills needed in carrying out a long impro play. Long form impro in general means linking individual scenes into a play lasting anything from 15 minutes to 24 hours.
The outline of the workshop:
– get-together and get to know each other
– easy and fun warmups
– exercises focusing on scene building and linking as well as story telling
– long form -impro plays (about 30 minutes), guided by the instructors
The instructors are Sampo Pihlainen and Pira from Bogotá Columbia.
The workshop is open for all and free of charge. Tuition language is English. No prior experience in impro theatre is required.
